WOMEN ARE SAFE, INC.

Covid-19 Response

Staying home is not safe for everyone and “Safe at Home” orders do not mean you have to stay in an unsafe home.

Our Services During COVID-19

We encourage survivors to call and make a safety plan with an experienced advocate.  It is especially important to make a safety plan suited for the current circumstances with COVID-19.

Our advocates answer the Hotline 24 hours a day/7 days a week at 1-800-470-1177 to help victims of domestic violence.

You can also call us Mon-Fri 9am-4pm on our office line (931)729-9885 for help with things such as:
  • Shelter
  • Order of Protection Assistance
  • Safety Planning
  • Referrals, including Safe Housing Options
We are assisting clients with all needs at the Women Are Safe Outreach Office, which is located at 131 West End Avenue, Centerville TN  37033. Please visit us Mon-Fri from 9am-4pm for urgent assistance only with your safety goals.  Our staff is currently practicing distancing precautions and using protective equipment when needed for everyone’s safety. PPE is available in the lobby for all who enter the building.

We know not everyone is “safer at home.”  We are here to help.
You are not alone.
